Costa Cruises
As an Italian based cruise line, Costa Cruises know how to combine cosmopolitan flavour with innovation, something for everyone to enjoy. Ports of call include the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean, the Far East, the Caribbean, Northern Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America.
Costa Cruises 14 ships cater for activities and facilities of all tastes, and there will be three more ships joining the fleet by 2012, including Costa Deliziosa in January 2010. It has been said that Costa ships are destinations in themselves. Fitness facilities are excellent and four of the newest ships are home to the Samsara Spa, an Ayurvedic-inspired wellness centre. Swimming pools are aplenty with some of them featuring underneath a sliding glass roof. Kids are well catered for and restaurants, bars, discos, casinos and theatres make life on board exciting.
Meet the fleet:
Costa Deliziosa – The new diamond of the fleet offers a unique sensory experience.
Costa Pacifica – Pacifica is lively and inspired by music, which creates the atmosphere onboard. She boasts a Grand Prix simulator, a night cinema and an outer deck with a glass roof.
Costa Luminosa – The jewel in the crown of the fleet, Luminosa features new attractions and innovations.
Costa Serena – Symbolising space and harmony, Serena is one of the largest in the fleet.
Costa Concordia – Built for those looking for fitness and relaxation. A central swimming pool sits within 2 decks of a fitness area.
Costa Magica – Italy is the inspiration for Magica. Portifino, Bellagio, the Emerald Coast and Maratea all come together for this elegant theme.
Costa Fortuna – Fortuna takes it’s inspiration from the great Italian ocean liners of the past. Entertainment and enchantment are in abundance.
Costa Mediterranea – Look above you and you will see the sky’s the limit with the amazing glass roof in the main hall and panoramic glass lifts.
Costa Atlantica – With a surface area over twenty times bigger than the Rome Olympic stadium, everything about Atlantica is huge.
Costa Victoria – Recently renovated, Victoria has had balconies added to many outside cabins and two new panoramic walks on deck.
Costa Europa – International taste features heavily onboard Europa. Intimate spaces are available at every turn and sunshine is readily available on all outside decks
Costa Romantica – An evening with friends will include drinks in The Theatre before stepping out to see artists and spectacular shows.
Costa Classica – One of the most loved ships in the fleet, Classica is full of warmth and comfort.
Costa Allegra – Your window of the world awaits with panoramic windows and a glass walled ballroom. Is there a better way to see the world?
Costa Marina – Dance the night away in the glass domed nightclub, or dine al fresco at the yacht club.
